On the 10th of June I shall be doing the 'Escape from Alcatraz' Triathlon (1.5 mile swim from Alcatraz/18 mile bike/8 mile run). I'm doing this in support of Erskine Hospital specifically for the care of alzheimers sufferers as this is a cause I feel strongly about.
