Claire House Children’s Hospice provides respite and care for children and young people, up to the age of 23, with complex medical conditions. It also provides support for the entire family. They support families from across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales, Isle of Man and West Lancashire, fundraising over £2,7million to cover the cost of care every year.
