Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In March I will be swimming 22 miles (the English Channel length) for Diabetes UK. Having previously struggled to swim a mile, this WILL be a challenge. I'm prepared to push myself to make life easier for those affected by Diabetes. Currently there's way too many people who ARE affected by it so hopefully with your support there will be far fewer in the future.

This swim is part of a bigger challenge that Tesco has set me; In September I will be cycling 27 miles around Glastonbury for the British Heart Foundation. In addition, this year is the first year for the 'Race for Life' half marathon - and I'll be running there too, for Cancer Research UK.

That's three worthy UK charities, three testing events and one crazy blonde pushing her limits to make life better for those affected. Your support is very much appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
