The inspiring story
During my time at Sixth form I became great friends with James Warburton, before coming to know his father Michael.
Michael suffers from Multiple Sclerosis (MS), but does not allow such a condition to affect his bubbly personality. Every visit to their house is one which myself and friends can remember for a lifetime. It is safe to say that Michael has a positive effect on the lives of others, and is a great role model for all to follow.
When asking for a charity to raise money for, I was advised by the Warburton’s to pick Wessex MS Therapy Centre. The great service they provide to him and many others should be noticed within society. Personally I feel a duty to pay my respects to those who suffer from MS, and try to continue the support they receive from such centres.
On June 3 I will be pushed to my physical and mental limits. However, knowing that I will be making a difference too many MS sufferers is an inspiring motivational factor.
All I ask for is a donation of any size. Every contribution will have a positive influence on many inspiring characters, such as Michael.
