Mount Snowdon Summit with Work Colleagues · 9 May 2014

We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Our vision is a future where nobody dies of the disease.

Story

I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in Oct 2011 aged 39.  Thankfully I am one of the lucky ones who survived this terrible illness.
I work at Valleys to coast Housing and  A number of my colleagues have also got parents or close relatives affected by this disease.

With this in mind, we have decided do this to climb Mount Snowdon on the 9th May 2014, in an attempt to raise money to help in the search to find a cure for Bowel Cancer and to also raise awareness of this condition.

In no particular order the others undertaking this challenge are as follows -

1)Jason King  2)Nathan Strydom 3)Christiaan Jones 4)Samuel Williams 5)Andrew Wood  6)Ryan Miles 7)Howard Merrett  8)Chris Hodgson 9)Gavin Ronan
