<p><strong>Im running the Bath Half Marathon (March 11th 2012) in aid of Kinergy, a local charity who provide free and means tested counselling to survivors of sexual abuse and rape. My work brings me into contact with many such people and services such as Kinergy are vital in helping people make sense of their experiences and reduce suffering.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ive never run a half marathon before. In fact 9 weeks ago I hadn't run since I was a school boy, and even then I can remember never being particularly enamoured with running, but I am determined to keep training and complete the race. </strong></p>
