Beaumond house hospice is in my hometown of Newark ( http://www.beaumondhouse.co.uk/ ) and helps many people in their final weeks, including my Grandfather in May 2006. I've wanted to do something for them and in my Grandfather's name for some time now. So I've decided to pound the hills of the Windsor Half Marathon.
