Hi guys, as you can see I have agreed to take part in a 10k run. Thankfully I will be running with a few of my best mates in order to raise some money and awareness for a charity (Ali's Dream) that is extremely close to us, and supported massively by the wonderful D'lima family who set up Jack's goal to help fund this research into finding a cure for childhood brain tumours. 

Aside from the old school '12 minute run' warm up at football (which was always a struggle personally), I have never ran before, so for those who donate, I can guarantee a new PB for this distance.
