After completing the local Race For Life, I was amazed to discover that I did enjoy running. After letting this slip a number of my colleagues decided to nominate me as a possible Great North Runner. I have been training for the event however I feel running this distance will be an enormous challenge for me and I'm not trying to compete the race in any particular time, just finish. I currently have no sponsors and would be grateful for any donations.
