Every young person deserves a decent start in life, and Action for Children provide support for vulnerable and neglected children and young people across the UK who are at risk of youth homelessness, helping to prevent them from ending up on the streets, and providing opportunities for them to achieve their full potential.

No one could fail to be moved by some of the individual stories of those who have been helped by the Charity, and that's why I'm joining the Byte Night annual sleep-out for the 4th time in aid of Action for Children. Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I'm also running my first half-marathon for the same wonderful cause.
