We are all aware of the statistis that 1 in 3 of us will at some point in our lives be affected by Cancer.  I have had first hand experience of this, losing my Dad, Nan and Step Dad to this evil disease, and I really want to do my bit to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK to help them to find a cure, to prevent others from going through the heartbreak that my own family has been through.  This is also a personal challenge for me to get fit !!  I would really appreciate your support and donations for this very worthwhile course.  Thank you.
