<p>I'm running the Berlin Marathon in September to raise money for the British Red Cross.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Red Cross have been so busy this year helping&nbsp;communities cope with natural disasters, reuniting families separated by natural disaster and war. They also provide much needed health and social care for elderly and disabled people and&nbsp;practical and emotional support for refugees. Helping individuals and communities throughout the World who really need support.</p> <p>To continue their great work they need help with funding, which is where I come in!&nbsp;I have mild asthma and an orthopaedic shoe prescription so reckon this is gonna be my biggest challenge yet. Any donation will be so gratefully received no matter how small! I also accept emotional support and encouragment.
