I ran the Grizzly (20ish muddy, hilly, boggy, beachy miles of the multiest-terrain running experience you will find this side of the end of time) back in 2009 so I thought it was time to do it again.  This time I have decided to run for RP as this is a condition which is very close to home, affecting members on both mine and Della's sides of the family.
