Remap’s objective is to help people with disabilities achieve greater independence in their daily lives or extend their opportunities for taking                                                                                                                                                                                        part in leisure activities. Volunteer Remap engineers design and build equipment, for use by those with disability, in cases where no suitable commercially available products exist.  They may, alternatively, modify existing equipment to make it more suitable.  All work done is free of charge.  The charity depends on donations to fund the costs of materials, volunteer travel expenses and publicity.
