Jonathan passed away on 27th December 2012 after losing his battle with cancer. My parents, my family and I would appreciate donations to be made to this page for 'The Neuro Foundation' or Velindre CancerCentre (on another page) instead of flowers.

All money received will be greatly appreciated and both charities will make good use of the money to help others.
