<p>Ok thats a little about how you do it now for our story.....</p>
<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px; text-align: left; background-color: #ffffff;">On the 25th May 2012 4 West Yorkshire Police Officers John Metcalf, Ian Worrell, Saj Prabhakar and Chris Bullock are intending to cycle from Lands End in Cornwall to John O Groats at the very tip of Northern mainland Scotland. The challenge is set to take 11 days finishing on 5th June at John O Groats. We are all cycling for various charities such as Marie Curie, Living Heart Peru, Women vs Cancer and St. Roses School in Stroud.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px; text-align: left;">The other guys have their own charities but this is my dedicated one for the school that my niece Gemma attends where every little contribution makes a vast amount of difference to making life that little bit easier for those not necessarily as fortunate as the majority of us.</span></p>
