I found out about the Cardiff to Tenby ride through a neighbour and thought it sounded a good idea, so I dug out my bike put some air in the tyres and started the training then realized the size of the challenge as a normal bike ride would be 10 miles once or twice a year.

Having had first hand experience at Velindre I know the brilliant work they  do, so the money raised in this ride will help in the fight against cancer.
