John & Tracey and their friends are putting on a series of events at the best public house in the Midlands The Dudley Arms. There will be Buffett's, raffles, motivational speakers (thanks Big John), a discos and much more. All the money raised yep all of it will go to the local Compton Hospice 

Oh and I'm cycling for 14 hours across Western Australia 😎🚴‍♀️
