I have finally DONE the Three Peaks. I didn't quite break the record of 2h30m but I got close, 11h50m. My knees and feet are pretty much wrecked from the descents but I did it under 12 hours.

Cricket Without Boundaries is a great charity that primarily tries to help with HIV/AIDS education in Africa. I have already been out to Rwanda with them and it was amazing. The money goes on kit, toys and clothes for children across Africa and in Rwanda a large part of that is the Orphan's Project near Kigali.
