My brother and I are doing this in support of The Princes Trust. My office has previously taken on a number of unemployed youths from the Princes Trust, some of who went on to become full time members of staff. 

Princes Trust help disadvantaged young people in the UK to change their lives and get into work, education or training. This year, The Trust aims to support 58,000 vulnerable young people, helping to give them the skills and confidence to find a job. We cannot do this without your vital support.
