I've decided to shave my head for Bighearted Scotland. This is because I have seen the effects that both alcoholism and epilepsy have on people and how it affects not just their quality of life, but how it affects everyone near that person. I for one have seen both first hand and know how upsetting it can be.

I have also noticed that people are also usually ignorant to these problems/disabilities.

I remember when I first saw my girlfriend’s niece Ellie have an absent seizure. I thought she was just lying there happy until I was informed later what was actually going on.

I have experienced firsthand the irreparable damage that alcohol and its abuse can do to not just a person, but their family too.

As a result I would like people to donate to Bighearted Scotland.

For people like me and Ellie.
