Would like to thank you for visiting my page. I am trying to raise money to support the Advocacy Phyiscal Exercise (APEx) program. APEx is dedicated to advocating the dramatic benefits of regular group exercise on physical health and mental wellbeing. I have a real passion for mental health and physical exercise and really want to support this program. I feel the best way I can do this is to help raise money so APEx can expand out and support more people suffering from mental health issues.
