This June Ed and I will be running the Welsh 3,000s Ultra Marathon, completing over 55km whilst climbing all the 15 Welsh mountains. The race will be taking place in Snowdonia over Wales' highest, toughest terrain, though bogs, down scree, and scrambling up hillsides.
