Hi Guy's,

I am attempting to run the Bupa Great North Run in aid of Henshaws society for blind people. I say attempting as i only have one working ankle and one working knee - but have faith in me people, i will finish!! Please be so kind as to donate as much as you can towards this very worthwhile charity as every little helps and it is such a great cause. Make sure you also reclaim gift aid when you donate as well!!
