LEE & LOUISE FLYNN'S GREAT MANCHESTER RUN 2010 FOR BONE CANCER RESEARCH
RUNNING 10K FOR CHARITY
We have decided to raise vital funds for bone cancer research which most commonly affects teenagers and young people aged between 10 and 25.
We are to participate in The Bupa Great Manchester 10K Run. The event is set to be staged on Sunday May 16th. This is Britain’s premier 10km running event where the 10k distance event, is to be televised for the first time live on BBC.
We shall both be running for Team Bones' wearing a Team Bones’ vest but no fancy dress unfortunately as this is going to be difficult enough with our medical history. We are both dedicating this run for Callum Flynn, as he plans to raise money and awareness after his 12 month ordeal of fighting Bone Cancer.
Bone Cancer Research has set our individual target to a minimum of £150 contribution for the participation and with our efforts to support the Bone Cancer Research Trust we would like to think we can ask all to dig deep and contribute a lot more in aid of this charity.
So we are asking friends and family to help raise money for this charity by contributing a donation towards the Christopher Lee & Louise Flynn's Great Manchester Run 2010 event in aid of the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
