As many of you know, I complete a physical challenge every year, in aid of a worthy cause. This year is no exception.

I have decided to complete a Scottish based event, in memory of my Granny Alice, who passed away last year. As like my Mum, Granny was from Greenock, which is just down the road from Glasgow.

Not only will this be the first running event in the build up to my second (potential) full marathon in late 2020, it will ensure I continue to push my fitness and general health to its max. Something I have physically and mentally benefited from in 2018!!!!

Mental Health UK is just one of many important charities, which support those suffering from many forms of mental health. I kid you not, it is right under your noses!!!! Awareness is key and this is why I have decided to support this cause for a third and final year.
