LEAD Racing - Churchman Challenge supporting Acorns Childrens Hospice

23rd to 25th September 2011

The Churchman Challenge is a three day driving event challenging two man teams with a number of driving challenges. Each challenge offfers team points and the team with the most overall points at the end of the rally are champions... Gary Redmonds and Andy Coles, the LEAD team, are the reigning champions. The event can take drivers all over the country and sometimes abroad. For three days drivers start early each morning and finish late each evening... it is pretty hard work!

 

Acorns is LEAD's nominated charity and we having been supporting them through donations and events for the past 3 years. Acorns Children's Hospice provides care and support for children and young people who have life limiting or life threatening conditions. Acorns is currently supporting nearly 600 children and 800 families, including those who are bereaved. Their specialist nursing and support services provide a vital lifeline for these families who would face a much tougher challenge coping alone.

 

All costs associated with the Rally have been covered by LEAD and marketing support has been been provided free of charge by Glued Limited meaning every penny of your donation goes directly to Acorns...
