At the end of November I'm embarking on a 150k Trek to raise funds for the Southern Area Hospice. They provide invaluable support and care to people living within the Southern Health Board Area, who are suffering from Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and AIDS. All their services are provided free and rely on donations to continue.
