My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit the City Juma JustGiving page.
Monthly cost is £1000 - we have, from January 2012, raised ... the number on the top right corner!
City Juma was established in 2010, providing a facility for those who work in and around the City of London to attend a Friday Prayer (Juma Prayer). The sermon is delivered in English and caters specifically for the City based Muslim community. The Juma Prayer currently takes place in Bishopsgate, a stone’s throw from Liverpool Street Station. City Juma has organised Friday Prayers week in week out from when it was established and hopes to continue to do that for the foreseeable future. Funding assistance for this excellent charitable cause is very welcome - the ideal being sustainable weekly or month donations.
