Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Norton Rose LLP City Slog Cricket Tournament 2012 JustGiving page.

On Wednesday 12 September 2012 at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) at Moorgate, Norton Rose LLP will host the 2012 City Slog. It promises to be a day of formidable competition and inevitable aching muscles!

The format for the tournament will include four mixed teams, captained by four Norton Rose partners including an ex professional player. The morning will see the first round with teams battling it out on the pitch. The afternoon will see the play off of the losing teams and then the winning teams will play in the final.  A barbeque and presentation of awards will close the day.

We are involving the charity Cricket for Change in this year’s tournament to raise awareness for a very worthy cause.  Cricket for Change is the foremost charity in the UK using cricket to tackle social issues and change young lives.

We hope that you feel confident enough in your colleagues and team mates to sponsor them for as much as possible!

Thank you for supporting the City Slog and Cricket for Change.  We are very much looking forward to another great day.
