Thanks everyone for your generous donations so far.

I successfully completed the Henley Half Marathon in 2hrs 14 mins and 54 seconds yesterday in the rain!

Hi Everyone! Firstly apologies for stinging you twice in the same year but as many of you know, my Dad has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and I would like to try to give something back to the local hospice who are supporting us. I will be running my local half marathon in Henley on Sunday October 11th (Gulp!) and I have been helpfully informed by numerous people that it is a tough one (something about a 2 mile hill at Miles 7 & 8 - Double Gulp!)

Would therefore be grateful of you could make a small donation.
