My company Faithful+Gould is 70 years old this year and to celebrate we are giving back! One of the ways we are doing this is by cycling from London to Epsom to Royal Tunbrige Wells.

After been injured playing hurling almost two years ago and subsequently undergoing knee surgery just over a year ago, what better way to get me back into a fitness regime than taking up a new challenge. Having not been on a bike since my school days, said bike having no gears, I have decided to join in on this cycle challenge.

With a borrowed bike for training, a borrowed helmet a donated cycle top, and some friends to show me the way, I was ready for action.......
