In January 2013 my best friend Carla, her sisters Amy and Emily and their dad, Salvo, had their world turned upside down when Annette, their amazing mum and wife was diagnosed with Acute Myloid Leukaemia. 

The Macalusos are a family very close to my heart and so I'm  honoured to be running with them in their crack team at the British 10km in memory of Annette.  

Please help me make a worthwhile contribution to the fight against Blood Cancer & drop your pennies (but hopefully pounds!) into our fundraising pot.
