Having lost my brilliant dad just over a year ago to the hideousness that is cancer, I want to continue to raise as much money as possible towards finding a cure.  Dad was a totally bonkers man who loved silly stuff, so it seems apt to once again do the Peter Kay Dance for Life so that I can dress up and dance around like a lunatic for several hours, all in aid of Cancer Research.

Last year we clocked the equivalent of a half marathon, so although it’s nowhere near as impressive as climbing a mountain, jumping out of a plane or running the London marathon, I will be putting in a lot of effort I assure you!  If anyone wants to give me an extra challenge for the evening (nothing illegal thanks!) then feel free to do so – just bear in mind I’ll be in the middle of an arena in Coventry with thousands of other people!
