Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In memory of what would be Danny's 18th birthday,  on June 15th, we are all taking part in an 18 mile walk to help raise money for the The Danny Green Fund.

Sadly Danny Green (a local Canvey boy) lost his battle and passed away suffering with Posterior Fossa Syndrome (PFS), following treatment for a brain tumour.  Danny was left with PFS which meant he was unable to communicate, move unaided, hold his head up, balance or walk. PFS was Danny’s biggest battle on a daily basis.

The Danny Green Fund charity was set up to help other children who are suffering from the effects of PFS, providing therapies, equipment and research into this heart-breaking condition.

Please support this amazing charity by giving and much or as little as you can.  Every penny counts and makes such a difference.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Our charity provides funding for physiotherapy, hydrotherapy or piece of equipment for children suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome as a result of a brain tumour. We also fund brain tumour research as without research there will be no cure for this devastating disease.
