Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.
As many of you are aware my father, Peter Catchpole, died very suddenly late last year.
As a result of this I decided that I would like to set myself a little challenge, to complete a Super Sprint Triathlon. Having not done any sport to speak of since leaving school some years ago, this indeed will be a challenge.
I have now been joined in this challenge by my brother Andy which has unfortunately now made this a slightly competitive affair, with of course brother and sisterly love!!
We have chosen the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen as our charity which was very close to our father's heart and one which was his main fundraiser. The Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen provides care, compassion and support to working, retired and disabled fishermen and their families. Deep-sea fishing is dangerous and unpredictable. Hardship and tragedy are facts of everyday life in the UK's fishing industry.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
All donations to this very worthwhile charity will be very much appreciated.
