In early June, I will be embarking on a three month adventure to Zambia, to volunteer within communities and raise awareness around certain essential topics. 

Our focus will be on livelihoods and sexual & reproductive health - 150,000 Zambians between the ages of 15-24 are living with HIV and 64% of the population is living below the poverty line.

I'll live on £1 a day between April 29th & May 3rd in order to raise funds for the ICS programme. For those of you who know me well, and know my cooking habits - you know this will be a huge challenge!
