Hi guys

I have decided to run the Tavy13 in April 2010 and I need you all to help me raise some money for The British Red Cross for all the people who have suffered in Haiti and other disasters.

I'm sure you don't need me to tell you why, but if you could sponsor me to run it - our donations will go a long way to helping all those who so desperately need it.
