Dear friends, 

On Saturday March 28th, James and I will be getting so far out of our comfort zones to abseil down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. We want to help raise much needed funds for the Chestnut tree House Children's Hospice. 

We are abseiling the 320ft drop and we are both terrified - infact James even hates heights - so he's really being brave!!
