I am doing a 108 sun salutations at Yoga Aid at the yoga show on Sat 31st of October.  This is equivalent to a yoga marathon !!  For those of you that don't know what a sun salutation is watch this video of last years challenge.

There will be 300 people participating raising money for 4 charities.  Tuesday my yoga teacher does a lot of work with The Prison Phoenix Trust and I have chosen to support her.
