I've been persuaded to run the Brighton Half Marathon on 19th Feb, so am taking the opportunity to make these freezing cold runs count for more just than my target time. Of the many possible charities I've chosen to support Carers UK, whose aim is to improve the lives of millions of people who care for partners, family members or friends, so they don't struggle alone.
