For those who work offshore will probably find this as a regular event however with my chums from work we are away to do part of the offshore survival training where we are to be dunked in the pool upside down! Normally I take like a fish to water but with only a few days away I'm starting to get a tad bit anxious as it's to escape from a simulated ditched helicopter!
