So it's that time of year again! The time I realise that I have signed up to a charity challenge that will leave me walking like a granny! 

This year we are trekking for 24 miles across the Brecon Beacons, starting at 6am, trekking up Pen Y Fan (886m) (Cribyn (795m) and onto Fan Y Big (719m).

This is part of a Premier Foods challenge to raise a whopping £250,000 for Cancer Research! Please, please, please donate if you can!
