I am cycling the Coast to Coast, Whitehaven to Sunderland on 02/09/2012 in 2 and 1/2 days.

Raising money for Alzheimers Research, many family and friends have been know someone who has gotten dementia. Knowing that my own memory isn't that great (I have now started to keep a memory book of big events) only spurs me on more to raise money for a worthy cause. I know times are hard at the moment but just a small donation would mean the world to me and the world to those who are in deep with the effects of Alzheimers.
