<div>Cancer Recovery Foundation is where I work - I read lots of advice about Cancer Prevention - eat healthly, regular excercise, cut down on alchohol etc - The question is, am I any good at taking it? I am about to find out.</div>

<p>I try and eat healthy and I manage to make it to the gym once or twice a week but I probably regularly drink over the government's recommendations (14 units for women per week). I don’t drink everyday but it adds up. So in an effort to take stock and change some habits’ for the better it will be interesting to see how I will find not drinking at all!</p>

<p>In aid of Breast Cancer Awareness month and for Cancer Recovery's new initiative Breast Cancer Partnership I am going teetotal for a month! Tom, Mum and my in-laws are sponsoring me so there’ll be no getting out of this one!</p>
