Next Sunday 11th of September I will be running for my first time. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">This will be the 13th year that many women will continue to support FOCSA by participating in the Adidas Women’s 5K Challenge in Hyde Park on Sunday 11th September 2011. <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: red;">This year FOCSA aims to supply medical and nursing equipment for the San Miguel Health Centre in Tuta –Boyaca</span> </strong>which provides basic traitment and diagnosis services to the local community. San Miguel also runs a mobile healthcare unit to reach patients in remote areas of Boyaca, Colombia.</span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt;"></span></p>
