A year ago one of our team members and a very dear friend here at Ruda was sadly diagnosed with Cancer.

This illness as we know is world wide and effects people and their lives every single day.  The help and support from the macmillan charity towards their care teams in the uk is second to none and now we feel we would like to give something back to them.

Using our friends sheer strength and determination in fighting her illness as inspiration we have decided to join together as a team in a challenge that will put our own strength and determination to the test. We have decided to climb Mount Snowdon in Wales next month.

The climbing team is made up of Managers and staff members of Ruda Holiday Park in north Devon and we are hoping to raise as much money as possible to give to this amazing charity so they can keep making that all important difference during incredibly difficult times in peoples lives.
