I am taking on the challenge to go and walk the Great Wall of China for the charity I work for.  What a great opportunity, experience and achievement it will be to help the charity and to go out there next year.  I am walking up Snowdon at the end of Nov 2009 and have various events going on up to the date I go. I am training very hard for the challenge and I hope to rasie as much as I can. This money will go towards improving the quality of life for vulnerable older people.
