This is my first "real" run ever!! I have already started training so fingers crossed I will be super fit in time for the run!!

The Charity came about through my friend Matt, due to a tragic loss in their family Matt is now a keen campaigner for the Bone Cancer Reserach Trust. His family have their own charity within the the trust called Why Guy, which is who we are running for.

 

I would really appreciate any sponsor money you can spare - it would certainly help with my training motivation!! I also have an offline sponsor form for anybody who would prefer to sponsor me this way. The run is on 1st August in York, so feel free to come down and cheer us on too!
