Hello,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I'm taking part in the Bournemouth Half Marathon in support of Farm Africa, a charity supported by Moy Park Ltd which is the company I work for.

I'm particularly interested in supporting this charity as their work is not about short term food aid or quick fix solutions and they do not issue cash hand-outs. Farm Africa work on the ground to help families feed themselves for the long term.  Farm Africa's local staff provide the tools and expertise to enable smallholders in Eastern Africa to increase their harvests, whether they farm crops, livestock, fish or the forest.

Running a half marathon is a big challenge for me but I'm training hard and hope that it will pay off on the day!  Any donation, however small, is very much appreciated.
